Arrows Ostrava new signing went a bit under the radar. Pitcher Alec Lemmon, who already played on the mound against Draci, is the new name on their roster.
Left handed pitcher played 4 seasons of college baseball at D2 level. For two years, he represented Eastern New Mexico University, after which he switched to East Central University in 2018-2019 seasons. He also trained youth teams as a part of Indios Baseball project and worked as an instructor in D-Bat training center in USA.
At the university, Lemmon had 7.64 ERA in 181 IP. He averaged 1 SO per inning and 5.6 BB/9. He should strengthen Arrows in CEB Cup. On the other hand, Polish international Artur Strzalka likely won’t pitch more innings for Ostrava.
