Czech players continue with excellent performances in college baseball. Martin Zelenka and Pitt Community College played the second game of the season on Wednesday and it was a dominant show.
Pitt destroyed Barton JV as they won 19-0, even if the score was merely 1-0 after four innings and there was nothing to indicate we would see such an outburst of runs. However, it was Zelenka who started the landslide with a two run homerun in the fifth inning, which only ended after Pitt scored 15 runs in two innings. In the end, Zelenka had 3 hits and 4 runs in the game. Pitt will now play a three game series against Fayeteville Technical Community College before playing against Barton JV at home on Wednesday.
