Třebíč pitcher Jake Rabinowitz started Saturday game against Draci Brno. While he was unable to get his team’s win, he could find some satisfaction in reaching a historical milestone.
Rabinowitz entered the game with 795 strikeouts in his Extraliga career (as pointed out by server baseball-stat.cz) and it was to be expected he could become the 5th player in the history to reach 800 strikeouts. He did so in the 5th inning. First, he sent Martin Červinka back to the dugout with his 4th strikeout of the game, and afterwards he dealt with Milan Prokop in the same way.
