Friday 9AM saw Trnava play their second game in Federations Cup Qualification. The game was to decide who will advance to the semifinals from the first place.
Angels played 5 pitchers, who allowed 14 runs in 7 innings. Slovakia’s runner-ups didn’t have a good game in the defense either, as they made 4 errors.

Trnava showed their efficiency in the offense, however, where they only needed 3 hits to score 4 runs. This was due to no small part to Andrej Jankovič who blasted a three run homerun in the second inning. Tomáš Biskorovajný added another solo homerun an inning later. In the end, Trnava lost 4-14 to Budapest after seven innings.
Angels will play semifinal game on Saturday where they face the winner of Group A. Before the Friday games, it was BK Zagreb who was holding the spot with two wins.
