Some time ago we wrote about Marek Chlup moving from Eagles Praha to Blesk Jablonec in First League. But the news from information system of Czech Baseball Association show he was loaned to Tempo Praha instead.
If you were to listen to Monday BallCast, the news does not come as a surprise. There were rumors in the baseball community that Chlup could start the season in Tempo. The question remains, however, how many games can he fit in before flying to USA, where he plays in American Association.

There is always an option Chlup will start the season in Jablonec, since First League starts a week before Extraliga. Twenty five year old national team player will nevertheless fly to Japan in March and play for European team in Global Baseball Games, when Europe faces Japan in Osaka.
