Five Czech players played in college baseball overseas. Jan Pospíšil and his Pit CC had an especially important series to get to the first place in their division.

Martin Zelenka only played one out of four games for UNC Wilmington. He had a hit and a run in 8-4 win against William & Mary. UNCW currently have 18-18 record and Czech batter currently holds BA .279.

Ondřej Vank started in Sunday game when his Northeastern Junior College faced Southeast Community College. He had a good game, when he only allowed one run in six innings and struck out 6 batters. The game finished 4-1 for his team and Czech pitcher improved his record to 6-3 with ERA 5.26. In the last three games he always had only 1 ER.

Aleš Zhao played for Minnesota West only once in the previous week, when he came on as a reliever. He threw an innings against Dakota State University, where he allowed one run and struck out a batter.

Lukáš Pacal played two games for Arizona West. He stepped on the mound in the last inning against Cochise College on Friday, where he didn’t allow any runs and added three strikeouts. A day later he started, however, it didn’t go as planned, when he allowed 2 HR in 3 innings. In the end, Arizona West lost 6-7 in the extra innings.

Pitt CC with Jan Pospíšil played a 3 game series for the first place in the division against Brunswick Community College. Czech batter helped his team to a sweep. He had a hit in every game, and in two of them he also added an RBI. His BA is currently at .375 and has 34 RBI in 32 games.
