EXL: Eagles Praha signed Venezuelan Gonzalez

With the arrival of May there are some Extraliga teams who are still signing in new foreign players. The newest player to come to the Czech Republic is Venezuelan Cristian Gonzalez, who will play for Eagles Praha.

Gonzalez is only twenty years old who already has two years of experience in Texas Rangers organization. He played at Rookie level and played for Rangers in Arizona. In 77 games he had BA. .254 and OBP .312 with 6 homeruns.

In the minor leagues he played mainly in the infield, most often as a short stop.
