College Baseball: Chlup’s NGU with a win
After leaving NC State, Czech national player Marek Chlup joined North Greenvile University (NGU) for this season. And he showed himself in a good light in his first game.
NGU played against Newberry College, with the live stream available to the Czech fans. NGU scored first in the third inning, howevever, their oponent managed to respond in their next inning as well.

Bottom of the fifth was huge for NGU, when the team scored 6 runs. Marek Chlup started everything after a solo homerun, which saw NGU grab the lead. The home team managed to hold the lead, winning 9-2.
