MiLB: Adam Macko had an excellent start
Slovak Adam Macko played minors baseball for the first time this season on Thursday. He started for Seattle Mariners minors team Modesto in the game against Stockton (Oakland Athletics).
Macko had a great outing after he pitched 4 innings, only allowing 2 hits. Other than that, he also had 7 SO and pitched 57 pitches.

Adam Macko was substituted while the score was 0-0. In the end, Modesto won 2-1, so he didn’t get the win in the statistics. Slovak pitcher showed, however, why he is considered a great talent. Magazine Athletic has him among 10 players to shine in the Seattle Mariners minors teams. As he showed in the game, one of his greatest weapons will be the curveball, which could help him to get into MLB.
