EXL: Draci paid Arrows back on Friday
There was only one game played in TOP 6 on Friday and that was the second game of the series between Arrows and Draci. The game itself wasn’t as close as the one on Thursday. This time, Brno team returned the favor with the interest.
Draci entered the game aggressively, Pabel Manzanero added another solo homerun to open the score. Moments later, playing legend Pavel Budský scored in Přemek Chroust for the second run. In the second inning, Draci loaded the bases against Matěj Satoria and it was Manzanero again who scored in two runs. Pavel Budský then added two more runs. Arrows changed pitcher for Matyáš Pjontek in the third inning who finished the game for them.
Home team started the game with Radim Chroust on the mound. Czech international pitched well, only allowing one run and six hits in five innings. He was then substituted by David Mergans, who pitched even better. Arrows batters only got one hit off of him and they left the batting box with a strikeout six times.
Series is now leveled at 1-1 and the winner will be decided on Saturday at MBS in Brno. The winner of the series will have one game on their opponent in TOP 6 standings.
