Czech Baseball Academy played at Catalunya Week
Catalunya Baseball & Softball Week was played in Spain between 14th and 17th October and three Czech Baseball Academy teams took a part.
U15 team fared the best, when they took the third place behind Italian Nettuno and the home team. Czechs went through the group stage without a loss and beat Netherlands Rabbits Academy 9-5 in the quarterfinals. They took the first loss against Catalans, who won 9-5. Czechs had to be content with the game for the third place where they beat PUC Paris 12-2.
U18 team finished in the third place in the group stage. They were able to beat Sweden national team 9-5 in the placement game and also beat Italian Parma 1-0, finishing fifth.
U12 team finished in the fourth place, despite finishing third in the group stage. Afterwards, they beat Amsterdam 12-6 in the quarterfinals. Unfortunately, the semifinals brought the 5-13 loss against Deutschland Academy, which saw Czechs play against London Archers, the game which they lost 7-11.
