EXL: Hroši announced another player. Lukáš Ercoli comes from Prague
Extraliga team Hroši Brno has so far been the most active of the top flight teams when it comes to announcing new players. After Petr Čech the team announced another experienced player in pitcher Lukáš Ercoli who comes to Hroši on loan from Kotlářka Praha.
Last season Ercoli moved from reliever to starting pitcher and became one of the most effective players for Prague team. He finished in the first spot in WAR for Kotlářka with stat reaching 1.5.

While it was expected that some of Kotlářka players would join Eagles, Tempo or Hluboká to continue their craft in Extraliga, Ercoli preferred a more distant Brno. He explained his decision on Hroši web page: „The decision was driven mainly by the collaboration with John Hussey, who I know from the national team and who helped me a lot in my career. He pushed me on physical side a lot and I greatly appreciate that.“
This will be the first time Lukáš Ercoli is going to play Extraliga for a team different than Kotlářka. In his career he celebrated Extraliga title with the team in 2015, which makes him Hroši second new player to know what it’s like to win Extraliga.
