College Baseball: Martin Zelenka started the season with a homerun
College baseball is back in the USA this week and Pitt Community College, with Martin Zelenka, played their first game on Wednesday. And Czech baseballer showed his skills right away.
Zelenka played as a cleanup hitter and he didn’t have to wait too long for his first hit. He kickstarted the comeback in the fourth inning while his team was down 1-2 with a solo homerun, and the inning saw Pitt get ahead 6-2. Martin Zelenka started the inning with a walk, for the following batter to send him home with a triple. Only a few moments later Pitt got their walkoff run.
