College Baseball: Daniel Padyšák as a starter again
Before the Easter college baseball games begin, let’s take a look at Czech players and their games during the week.
Daniel Padyšák started on the mound for the second time this season. And it was a good outing, when he threw 4 innings, only allowing 2 runs. Unfortunately, his teammates weren’t able to score and so the Czech pitcher left the game with the second loss.
North Greenville University played against Newberry on Tuesday. Marek Chlup was once again a part of the starting lineup, this time playing the first base. He added 2 hits and 2 runs, helping his team to 9-2 win. Chlup still holds the first place in BA within the conference.
Both David Bauer and Nicolas O’Rourke played during the week as well. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to their statistics, but you can still watch the videos of the hits they published on their personal twitter accounts.
Czechs in action:
Daniel Padyšák – 4 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 2 SO
Marek Chlup – 3 AB, 2 R, 2 H, 2 RBI, 2 BB, 0 SO
