EXL: Ethan Skuija with new league records
The regular season of Extraliga is behind us and it is time to slowly look back. And one of the players with interesting numbers is Tempo Praha pitcher Ethan Skuija, who broke several of Extraliga records.
American pitcher showed during the entire regular season that he will be an important signing for Tempo. Before the last weekend, he had WAR 2.2, based on server baseball-stat.cz. But it is his SO/9 numbers that show just how dominant he was. Roger Daego held the record created in 1997, who, back then playing for Technika Brno, had SO/9 14.8. Skujia beat this number by almost 4 SO and it would seem that it’s going to be difficult to beat his numbers.

Tempo will hope he continues in his performance in TOP6 and hopefully in playoffs. If he does, Prague team might just be able to start thinking about Czech Series.
