EXL: Tempo lost for the first time in TOP 6
Extraliga TOP6 continued in Saturday with the game between two Prague teams, Tempo and Eagles.
Tempo didn’t enter the game well, when Martin Červenka gave the visitors the lead with a two run homerun. Home team responded in the bottom half of the inning, after Keibert Petit scored in Filip Smola. However, that was everything Tempo managed for a while.
On the other hand, visitors were able to score against Jake Rabinowitz, who left the mound in the fourth inning. Eagles this built 8-1 lead in four innings. Martin Červenka earned 2 homerun and 4 RBI in the game. Michal Antoň also had a good game, with 3 hits and 2 walks. The last change of the score came in the ninth inning, when Filip Smola blasted a solo homerun to get the final result 2-10.
The win was the first for Eagles against their city rival this season. It was also the first loss in TOP6 for Tempo, who were the last team yet to lose a game.
