EXL: Ryan Berg will lead Technika Brno. Richard Sázavský returns.
Seventh team of 2022 Extraliga season, Technika Brno, will be lead by Australian Ryan Berg. Club brought this information on their social network accounts.
Ryan Berg knows the club from Kraví Hora well, as he played there in 2009 and 2019. He even started 2019 season as a playing manager of Technika, however, he then left the club during the season. Forty year old can still help with batting in important moments.
Sázavský’s return
Based on information from ČBA’s information system, Technika’s long-term player Richard Sázavský’s return is currently being processed. The player spent his past 2 years at Vysočina playing for Třebíč Nuclears. He didn’t have the best season in 2022, as he batted with AVG .167 in 29 games he played, which was his worst performance in 13 seasons he played in Extraliga. Team from Kraví Hora will believe he gets to find his form from the last time he played with them, where he had AVG .352 and OBP .470.
There is a couple of more players to play for Technika as Tomáš Jurčík and Svatoslav Kraut join the team. Both are familiar with the club, as they played a few games for the team in the previous season. While Jurčík played his first ever Extraliga game for Technika, Kraut resuscitated his Extraliga career at Kraví Hora after two year of absence.
