EXL: ČBA announced TOP 6 and Promotion League schedule
Czech Baseball Association announced TOP 6 and Promotion League schedules a day after the regular season finished. Both competitions will start on 26th of May.
Draci will face Hluboká, Třebíč will play against Hroši, and Prague will get to enjoy a city derby between Eagles and Tempo to kickstart TOP 6. The last games of TOP 6 are currently planned on 30th of July, which should see Hroši play Tempo. We will also get a 2 weeks break due to All-Star Game and Prague Baseball Week on June. Draci will also have a condensed schedule as they play in Champions Cup between 6th and 10th of June.
Arrows will also play in Europe’s top club competition, but this year we only get to see them in Promotion League. They will start it with a series against Blesk Jablonec. Another Extraliga team, Technik Brno faces Skokani Olomouc in the first round. The last series to start Promotion League is purely First League matchup between Olympia Blansko and Kotlářka Brno. The league is planned to end on 15th of July. This should also be the date when we get to be certain of the two teams to play Extraliga 2024.
