EXL: Venezuelan Franklin Torres to bolster Draci Brno

The first team to reveal a new acquisition is the reigning champions Draci Brno, who should sign Venezuelan player Franklin Torres. Twenty seven year old Torres played 11 seasons in Los Angeles Angels minor systems. He went as far as Triple A, where he played 13 games. Torres played 426 games in MiLB, with BA .263, OBP .343 and 18 HR. He played in Venezuelan league in the previous season, with BA .326 and OBP .449.
Torres us a utility player. He played mainly at the second and third base in MiLB, but also as a catcher. In Venezuela he also played as a short stop. His contract with Draci will be the first time he gets to play for a team in Europe.
