EXL: Michal Müller is the new coach for Eagles Praha
The position of the head coach for Eagles Praha was opened after Vladimír Chlup left the club. After several weeks we finally discovered, who will lead Eagles to 2024 season. According to the club’s official site it will be an experienced Michal Müller.
Michal Müller returns to a familiar environment, since he played for Eagles between 1997 and 2014. He then finished his career in Kotlářka and SaBaT.
He was also a part of the national team as coaching assistant to Mike Griffin. Few weeks ago, he was also named the head coach of U15 national team. Beside this he also had success with softball national teams.
Eagles Praha finished at worst at the 4th place in the past eight years. However, they were only able to get to the finals in 2019 during this timespan. They should represent Czech baseball in Champions League along with Draci Brno this year and so the new coach will have a busy season ahead of him.
