College Baseball: NCAA DI Regular season coming to an end
College Baseball season is coming to an end in the USA. There are currently only 3 Czech players in the top NCAA division who are still playing.
Georgia Tech has only two games left in the regular season. In the previous week they played 3 games against Florida and Michal Kovala played in the one of them. He recorded the last out of the game for his team and walked one batter. Georgia Tech will now await their games in SEC Tournament.
Georgia with Daniel Padyšák also finished regular season. Czech pitcher didn’t play in the previous week and so he finished the regular season with 18 IP, ERA 9.00 and 16 SO.
UNC Wilmington also wrapped up their regular season. Martin Zelenka played in the last game against Delaware as a starting catcher. However, he was unable to get any hits in 8-5 win. He finished the regular season with BA .214 and 4 HR. His school will continue in CAA Championships on Thursday.
