College Baseball: Czech duo in the starting lineups
Tuesday and Wednesday saw two Czech players continue playing for their college teams.
North Greenville played a game against Southern Wesleyan on Tuesday, beating their opponent by a margin 16-2. Marek Chlup, a regular in NGU lineup, added hits, runs and BBs to his statistics. NGU coach substituted Chlup when his team was clearly ahead.
It was the second game in the row where Pitt Community managed to score 10 runs. However, even this wasn’t enough to win against Louisburg, as their opponent scored 12. Martin Zelenka added two BBs to his stats.
