Matěj Menšík is the newest member of Czech Homerun Club
Matěj Menšík from Technika Brno, currently on loan in Arrows Ostrava, became the newest member of Czech Homerun Club. He had his 50th HR on Friday when Ostrava played against Blesk Jablonec.
Menšík needed 5 HR to get into Homerun Club at the beginning of the season. He only needed 10 games to get them. The 50th HR was hit against Filip Šafařík in the second inning on Friday, after Menšík sent the ball to the scoreboard at Arrows Park. Thanks to this, Technika Brno’s core player became the 19th player to join the Homerun Club. The first place belongs to Pavel Budský with 165 HR.
