EXL: Manzanero and Parsons Players of the Week

It was only the second time this season fans picked two foreigners in the Player of the Week poll. For the first time Draci Brno player was among them.

Venezuelan Pabel Manzanero joined Draci shortly before the end of the regular season, but this signing seems to have been a good choice. Fans could see his power side in the previous week, where Manzanero scored 4 HR against Arrows Ostrava. He had 6 runs altogether and was an instrumental player of Draci series win.

William Parsons also won the weekly award for the first time. After Jan Novák and Martin Mužík he became Hluboká’s third award winner. And we have to say it was well deserved. In the first game against Hroši he threw complete game, with 10 IP and he didn’t allow any runs, while striking out 11 batters.
