Changes in youth national team

Czech Baseball Association started to look for new coaches for all national teams at the end of the year, with exceptions of senior (men and women) ones. And we practically got to see changes happen in each of them.

Vladimír Chlup will no longer lead U23 team, marking the second coaching position he left in a short while after he parted with Eagles Praha. Petr Čech who was in charge of U18 team this year, will take his place instead. Čech finished 9th with U18 team at World Cup and the rest of his coaching stuff, comprising of Jakub Malík, Tomáš Duffer, and Matěj Brabec, will now join him in U23 category.

Filip Procházka also moves a category up. He will continue to work with the players he led before. His assistant coach is an experienced coach of German Bundesliga team Stuttgart Reds, Curtis di Salle. Jake Rabinowitz will be in charge of pitcher and Jakub Sládek became the batting coach.

Michal Müller is now in charge of U15 team. He has experience coaching the senior team alongside Mike Griffin. Tomáš Ondra, Petr Baroch, and Martin Špimr will be his assistant coaches.

Marián Krásny returns to U12 category after a few years. His team will comprise of Jan Svoboda, Štěpán Chytka and Daniel Krejčiřík.
