Marek Chlup joins Blesk Jablonec
National team player joins Blesk Jablonec in a move inside of Czech baseball.
While Marek Chlup signed a new contract with Lake County in American Association in the winter, he changed his mother club in the Czech Republic. Information system of the Czech Baseball Association shows the information, Chlup became the Blesk Jablonec player. This means he returns back to the club, where he played in his youth, except for years 2010-2012 when he played for SCP Český Dub Mariners.
American Association season starts on 9th of May and Lake County play their first game a day later. Jablonec enters the season in First League a month earlier. It is currently not known whether we will see Marek Chlup in their colors then.
