Dominik Marani signed with a university in USA
The list of Czech players to play in the United States has a new name on it. Tempo Praha player Dominik Marani will play for Lasell University. The player announced the news on his Instagram profile.
Eighteen year old Marani played his third Extraliga season this year, but he was the member of the core team for the first time. In 11 games he had 5 hits and his BA was .185 with OBP .241. He had a much more success in U18 Extraliga, where he finished with BA .250 and OBP .563.
Lasell University is currently part of NCAA Division III in Great NorthEast Athletic Conference (GNAC). In the previous season they finished in the third place with 10-6 record and overall record 21-20 when counting out of conference games. They ended their playoff journey after two games.
