Hroši Brno finished at the third place
After winning silver medals last year, Hroši Brno finished one spot worse this year. Despite this, they finished the season on a winning note after they won the bronze series against Eagles Praha 2-1.
The final third game was a simple affair, with the main man being Lukáš Ercoli, who only allowed one hit in six innings.
Ercoli’s teammates also had a good day, when they had 20 hits and 15 runs. Leadoff Tyler Smith was the best batter of the game with 4 hits.
Thanks to this productivity the game finished after 6 innings due to a mercy rule. Hroši thus finished their comeback and forced Eagles to an unpopular 4th place. Both teams finished one place worse than in the previous season.
